Can you believe it? UV printers can now customize clothes! Now, let's demonstrate the sixth function of the Funsun UV printer - T-shirt and clothing printing.
The Funsun UV printer is equipped with 2 Epson XP600 print heads, supporting 7-color printing (C, M, Y, K, White, Varnish, Golden Varnish). The operation process is simple and convenient - just one silicone lettering film is needed to complete customization easily.
There are two printing modes for you to choose from:
Normal Printing: Placing the lettering film flat on the printing platform, importing the design on the computer, and start printing. After printing, using a die-cutting machine to cut the pattern along the edges and easily remove excess material. For transfer, peeling off the bottom paper, placing the pattern on the clothing, covering it with heat-insulating paper, pressing at 170°C for 10 seconds, and finally remove the film. The finished product features soft touch and vibrant colors.
White Color & Varnish Piling Printing: This method creates highly three-dimensional 3D embossed patterns with a shiny surface.
Note: Due to the certain thickness of the material, breathability may be affected. Thus, this function is only suitable for personalized LOGO and small-pattern customization. Large patterns are not recommended.
